What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of data a website can store in your browser. Other mechanisms, such as local storage, can also remember information between visits. Their use depends on the purpose and configuration of the service.

What this website uses

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept, to measure page visits, page language and contact clicks. The _ga and ga* cookies recognise a browser and its sessions; their configured lifetime is 180 days, without automatic renewal on every visit. Your acceptance or refusal is remembered for 180 days in local storage under dora.analytics-consent.v1 and applies across the English, French and Spanish pages. Meta uses a separate advertising permission, described below. TikTok and embedded social content are not loaded. Fonts and images are served as website files.

The contact form uses only page memory to prepare your message; it does not save the draft in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Your language is determined by the URL you visit, without an application-installed language preference cookie.

Infrastructure and security

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Its Web Analytics tool also collects technical loading metrics through a beacon separate from GA4, without tracking cookies. Connections and hosting logs may involve technical data, including IP addresses. Your GA4 preference does not disable these infrastructure functions. See the privacy policy.

External services

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram or other websites do not by themselves install those services’ cookies on this website. When you open them, they may use their own cookies or technologies under their policies. Opening WhatsApp from a draft shares the text included in the link with that provider.

Your choices

You can accept or reject analytics in the notice. The “Cookie preferences” button at the bottom of every page lets you change your choice. Rejecting or withdrawing consent blocks future GA4 events and clears GA cookies accessible to the application; it does not retroactively delete data Google has already received. Rejecting does not block browsing or the contact form. If local storage is unavailable, your choice cannot be remembered between pages. You can also clear site data in your browser.

Meta advertising measurement

With your specific permission for “Advertising measurement · Meta”, the Meta pixel measures visits and contact actions to attribute them to Facebook and Instagram ads. This permission is separate from Google Analytics: previously accepting analytics does not activate Meta. Your choice is remembered for 180 days under dora.marketing-consent.v1 and applies across English, French and Spanish.

Meta receives the visited page, its language, the interaction type and technical connection data, including IP address, browser and cookie identifiers. It may use _fbp and, when an advertising click identifier is present, _fbc; their lifetime and possible renewal depend on Meta’s service. Read the Meta cookie policy. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, form fields or messages in these events. Advanced matching and automatic events are disabled. Campaign and click parameters may be included in measurement; they must not contain personal data. The pixel does not load when the landing URL or its referrer contains unsupported parameters.

The Contact event represents an action to open WhatsApp, email or a phone call; it does not confirm a sent or received message, appointment or sale. You can select each purpose, accept all or reject all in the notice and change your choice through “Cookie preferences”. Withdrawing Meta permission stops future events and clears _fbp and _fbc cookies accessible to the application, without deleting data Meta already received. Cookies on Meta’s own domain are managed through your browser or Meta account. Refusing does not prevent use of this website.

Processing relies on your consent and may involve international transfers under the provider’s terms and safeguards. Read the Meta privacy policy. No patient data is transmitted and the simulated demo does not generate conversions.

The same permission also controls the Conversions API: our Cloudflare server forwards PageView and Contact to Meta with the same event identifier as the pixel, so both deliveries represent one action. The server receives only the known page, event type, consent and action identifier; it also uses the connection IP, browser and existing Meta cookie identifiers. It does not receive form fields or messages through this endpoint and does not retain event payloads. The first-party dora_marketing_consent cookie reflects the active permission and expires with it, within 180 days. Withdrawing permission removes it, stops new browser/server events and cancels pending browser requests; it cannot recall an event already received by the server or Meta.
