We start with your team’s tasks to define, connect and test a first AI workflow. Each project distinguishes enabled features from those that need development.
Can I choose a single service?
Yes. We can start with content, advertising, a website, an assistant, scheduling or an integration. We define the scope around your priority and connect other services where they add value.
Do I need to replace my clinic's software?
We review your existing tools first. Based on access, technical feasibility and your processes, we propose retaining, configuring, connecting or developing the necessary parts.
Do you still offer acquisition, AI videos and digital clones?
Yes. The offer includes communication, campaigns, content, AI videos and digital clones authorised by the person represented. We agree formats, languages, usage and review before production and publication.
Which tasks can AI handle without reception?
Depending on the enabled workflow, it can answer approved practical questions, collect requests, help with appointments and record follow-up. Capabilities depend on the connections available; exceptions and decisions that need a person are passed to your team.
Are Dora and MediCloud the same product?
Dora brings together communication, digital services and implementation. MediCloud is a developed project demonstrating experience in healthcare processes. Its modules are not automatically included in every Dora service.
Do you work across countries and languages?
Belgium and France are the priority markets, with other European projects assessed in context. Website languages, service languages and each solution's capabilities are distinct. Journeys and requirements are adapted to the clinic.
What happens after launch?
We can define monitoring, maintenance and improvements according to the service. We agree what gets reviewed, how often, who is responsible and what falls outside the scope.
How can I see a demo or receive a proposal?
Tell us what you want to improve and which tools you use. We then suggest the next step and, where appropriate, a demonstration of prepared workflows using fictional data.
Does this demonstration use live AI?
No. It uses prepared replies and fictional times to illustrate a conversation. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp, an AI model or a calendar. A real solution requires configuration, connections and testing with your centre.
Can every task in the centre be automated?
We select suitable tasks, define limits and verify connections. Some steps use AI and others use automated rules. Exceptions and clinical decisions remain with the relevant professionals.
How do you measure the result?
We agree on measures before launch: requests handled, human interventions, errors and time spent on tasks. Results are measured for the features actually enabled, without promising percentages in advance.
